Reference Number 0000399351 A culvert on 49th St has collapsed. The City currently has 60% designs and is seeking a CONTRACTOR to provide pre-construction services, including but not limited to design/constructability review, to aid with the completion of the designs. The selected CONTRACTOR will then construct the culvert. Due to complex utilities in the area, CONTRACTOR must have experience working with various utilities including high pressure lines. Additionally, the ideal CONTRACTOR will have experience working under time constraints and during winter months.
