Reference Number 0000386541 We are soliciting proposals for construction management and inspection services for two upcoming projects, East Side Storm Sewer (ESSS) and State Street Sanitary Sewer. Since these projects are so closely related and there are two separate contractors, we are hoping that having one CM/CI will ensure continuity between the projects. ESSS is State/Federally funded and needs to be managed in a way that ensures compliance for reimbursement through the State of Colorado State Revolving Fund (SRF) program. State Street is City funded and is not subject to CDOT/Federal requirements.
