The Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) requires the replacement of aging and peeling carpet to align with the new Space Force theme. The contractor (Tier 2) must purchase specified carpet products from one of seven Tier 1 manufacturers listed in the USAF Carpet Program. The contractor is responsible for coordinating with the manufacturer, delivery, and installation. This requirement is issued under solicitation FA255025Q0072 and has been amended three times to confirm funding availability, add layout instructions, and provide responses to RFIs. A site visit is scheduled for 16 September 2025 at 9:00 AM, and attendance must be confirmed by 15 September 2025 at 1:00 PM MT. Questions are due by 18 September 2025 at 12:00 PM MT, and quotes must be submitted by 23 September 2025 no later than 1:00 PM MT.
