Site work for a civil project in Richmondale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Upgrades to LRBSA's existing infrastructure, including installation of new force main sewer from the Richmondale Pump Station to the gravity sewer connection. Construction will include open trenching through and along SRs 1001 and 2025. Pump station upgrades include interior piping revisions and wet well coating. All bidder's questions shall be accepted until 4:00 P.M., Monday, October 6, 2025. Questions should be submitted via email to Lynn Torrick (Itorrick@gpinet.com) and copy Michael Matechak (director@Irbsa.com) and Matthew Chorba (mchorba@gpinet.com). The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
