This call for tenders is for a construction contract to demolish several buildings and a contaminated drainage field. One of the buildings contains materials contaminated with asbestos and hydrocarbons. The drainage field is also contaminated with hydrocarbons, and the materials must be disposed of properly. The construction work will be carried out at the following address: Trecesson Forest Nursery 164, chemin de la Pepiniere Trecesson, Quebec J0Y 2S0 The contract shall commence on the date of signature and shall end on 28 February 2026, for a planned contract duration of three months. The work must be carried out as soon as the contract is signed and must be completed by 31 January 2026 at the latest.
