The Borough is located in east-central Allegheny County south of the Penn-Lincoln Parkway (L.R. 376) approximately six miles east of the downtown area of the City of Pittsburgh. 2. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The work under this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the performance of all rehabilitation as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes the following: A. The performance of all required site preparation, including, but not limited to, removal of all required facilities, site grading, excavation, removal and disposal of materials. B. The temporary removal and storage of amenities that may interfere with the work to be performed at this site. C. The furnishing and install required components and facilities as detailed and specified in the Engineering Specifications. D. The maintenance of all pedestrian and vehicular traffic, including, but not limited to, all necessary PennDOT approved traffic control. E. The submittal of all required shop drawings and other submittals as indicated. F. The performance of all related and required site restoration. G. The performance of all other related and required work as detailed on the Contract Drawings and as further detailing in the Contract Documents
