REBID of Homestead Demolition, Homestead Borough, 2024-BRP-009 Questions Due Date: Oct 5th 2026, 12:00 PM EDT 2024-BRP-009 REBID- Homestead Demolition: Consists of demolition of nine (9) residential structures, asbestos removal and abatement as required, and all related work, complete and in-place, and in full compliance with all Federal, State, County and Local laws and regulations and the Contract Documents. 120-day completion Estimated Contract Value: $190,000 Proposals to receive consideration must be from contractors authorized to do business in Pennsylvania with a Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will immediately enter into Agreement after the Notice of Award of the Contract and commence start of construction immediately thereafter. The Steel Rivers Council of Governments reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof. No Bidder may reject his/her bid for the period as specified in the project bid documents after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
