Renovation of a residential development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance, permits including U&O (Unit of Occupancy Permit) and all other incidentals required to complete the work items listed below as requested by HABC, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Location: 5213 Ivanhoe Ave (2 Bedroom Unit) Completion: 30 days upon NTP date. Upon Completion of unit, the use and occupancy permit is to be handed over with the keys. 1. Remove and properly dispose of all Trash, Furniture and Miscellaneous Items in /on the Unit & Yard. 2. Supply and install new window blinds at every window. 3. Install new step and handrail in front of unit. 4. Scape and paint front and rear handrail 5. Caulk or repair any exterior / interior openings to prevent rodents from entering. 6. Check & Repair any wood and Roof leaks. 7. Supply and replace flooring, studs, joist, and all materials to repair possible Termite damage if needed. 8. Replace mailboxes. 9. Paint fire escape 10. Repair railing in front and rear of unit. 11. Install new stair treads throughout unit. 12. Supply and install new interior wood closet poles (stain & poly) do not paint. 13. Supply and install new two panel doors throughout unit. 14. Supply and install new hand railing throughout unit. 15. Supply and install faucet, supply lines, drain, shut off valves and escutcheon cover. 16. Install new kitchen sink base cabinet counter top and install all new cabinets in kitchen. 17. Supply and install a new Black range hood. 18. Supply and install a new Black kitchen backsplash. 19. Final Cleaning of Entire Unit and Exterior to Make Ready for Occupancy
