The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call landscape maintenance services at several County locations. The general description is broken down with the scope of work outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Proposers who submit a response to this RFQ must have the ability to meet the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFQ. Question Deadline 10/09/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Questions concerning this proposal, including specifications, requirements, terms and/or conditions of a solicitation, etc. should be submitted solely in writing online The County of Yolo is requesting from qualified contractors to provide on-call landscaping services for several county locations More specifically, these base required services include the following scope of work: _ Landscaping maintenance of lawns, shrubs, trees per technical specifications below. _ Irrigation maintenance per technical specifications below. _ Litter removal per technical specifications below. b) The Contractor, at their own cost and expense, shall furnish all necessary equipment, machinery supplies and materials of good quality and in the amounts necessary to fulfill these specifications and to accomplish an acceptable and professional level of maintenance. These supplies and materials shall include, but not be limited to: _ All necessary gas, oil and parts for all equipment. _ All necessary pesticides including fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides. _ All necessary horticultural supplies. c) The Contractor is expected to fully complete Exhibit "C" Cost Proposal Sheet. d) All services must be quoted at prevailing wage rates.
