The Parks & Recreation Division of Bexar County is inviting qualified contractors to submit a bid for the demolition and installation of sidewalks, slabs, and low water crossing at Woodlake Park, located at 6663 FM 78, San Antonio, TX 78244. Interested offerors must address all aspects of the Project Scope outlined below before the submission deadline. To construct sidewalks, 20 slabs and low water crossing to meet local codes and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards, ensuring public safety, accessibility, and long-term durability. Bids will address the following scope of services. o Demolition of 5,674 LF of sidewalk and asphalt. o Pour 6,639 LF of 6' wide x 4" thick sidewalk with turndown 8" high x 8" wide. o Pour 10 concrete slabs 14' W x14' L x 4" thick. o Pour 10 concrete slabs 4' W x 12' L x 4" thick. o Demolish low water crossing o Construct 84' long x 12' wide low water crossing All questions must be submitted via the supplier portal BEFORE 2:00 p.m. (CT) on Thursday, October 9,2025
