Reference Number 00004726692 Scope of Work: .1 Work of this Contract comprises the new construction of a washroom facility at Jacques Cartier Provincial Park. .2 Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following: .1 Final grading, supply and installation of topsoil and seeding, and new crushed asphalt pathways. .2 Provide and maintain in good condition all construction fencing and all required environmental containment measures. Remove fencing and all temporary measures at completion of the project. .3 All material and labour necessary for the construction of the new building as shown on the drawings and specifications. .4 All civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work as shown on the drawings and specifications. .5 Once the new building is operational, the existing washroom building is to be fully demolished by others and is NIC.
