Renovation of a water / sewer project in Rome, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000399452 interested in receiving proposals & qualifications from firms for tum-key professional services including project development and implementation of various energy, operational savings initiatives, and infrastructure improvements. The project will initially be focused on the City's water resource recovery facility and supporting infrastructure, although additional City facilities and multiple project phases may be considered, if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City. The City's intent is to contract with one firm that will provide services to design and implement improvements in accordance with New York State Energy Law Article 9: Energy Performance Contracts in Connection 1-vith Public Buildings and Facilities. There is no expressed or implied obligation for the City to reimburse Proposers for any expenses incurred in responding to this RFP, including, but not limited to, preparing Proposals, attending any pre-proposal conference or inspections, attending entrance and exit conferences, or interview(s).
