10-2-2025 - UPDATE - Site Visit is hereby CANCELED A new date will be established once the Government Shutdown concludes. The culvert at Meadow Creek has failed and requires replacement. Located in a live stream, the water is eroding the area beneath the road, creating a void that causes road settlement and poses a safety hazard. The existing 72" diameter pipe will be replaced with a steel polycoated culvert designed to resist rusting due to the mineral content in the stream. A bypass road will be constructed to maintain traffic flow during the two-week project duration. Rip-rap will be collected on-site, and commercially purchased 3/4 "-minus road base will be used for surfacing. A site visit is scheduled for October 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. MT. Refer to Solicitation Section L for full details and requirements. Questions - Due October 7th, 2025 by 1:00pm MT The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 26 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
