Site work and paving for a civil project in Parsons, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, superintendence, and incidentals needed to improve the drainage along FR704 and FR705. Work will include, but is not limited to: soil and erosion control, both temporary and permanent turf establishment, excavation, clearing and grubbing, dewatering, riprap placement, placing aggregate, road reconditioning, and culvert installation. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 14 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 06/15/2026. Period of Performance: 10/20/2025 to 06/15/2026 Between $25,000 and $100,000. Project Location: Monongahela National Forest, Cheat-Potomac Ranger District in Tucker County, West Virginia. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
