Site work and paving for a civil project in Parsons, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items issued as RFQ 12445526Q0024 for MOF-CON ER02 - Red Run Repairs. The work consists of repairing drainage problem areas caused by the May 2023 flood event on the Monongahela National Forest. Required services include removing existing culverts, installing new culverts, constructing specified ditches, constructing lead-off ditches, grading the road, and building headwalls in accordance with the project plans. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies unless otherwise specified, permits, licenses, and all necessary incidentals to complete the work. Period for acceptance of offers. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 135 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
