Site work for a water / sewer project in Portsmouth, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental engineering necessary to perform utilities support services for wastewater treatment at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This performance-based contract includes both recurring and non-recurring services and will be administered as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The scope of work is defined in performance-based specifications incorporated by reference, including annexes covering general information, management and administration, and wastewater services. The contractor is required to maintain a quality control program, submit monthly reports detailing work performed, and accept orders via electronic systems such as FEDMALL and Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). The contract includes a base period and up to five option years, with a total potential duration of 66 months.
