Renovation of a residential development in Portsmouth, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of November 18, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. 1. Pine Street Buildings - Deck Replacement , Door Sill Replacement, Entry Door Replacement, Mechanical Ductwork Replacement , Cluster Mailboxes, Repair 2. Holley Square Buildings - Individual Mailboxes, New , Trash Enclosure, Double(Demo Existing Concrete Pad), Replace Front Screen Door, Gutter, Downspout, Splashbock, Replacement 3. Westbury Cottages - Patio Trench and Threshold, Replace Flooring with LVT Flooring , Lavatory Wall Carrier, Clean Bioretention Drainage System Seaboard Square - 316 South Street, Portsmouth, VA 23707 The units associated with this project are occupied. There will be no overnight displacement of residents. The contractor is responsible for the coordination of work in a manner that meets this requirement. The contractor shall verify all field conditions and dimensions prior to work starting and shall coordinate the work of any necessary trades. The contractor must be authorized to transact business in the State of Virginia as required by the Virginia State Corporation Commission. This project is Davis Bacon applicable and certified payrolls must be submitted to PRHA. Section 3 reporting requirements shall apply to this project. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Performance and Payment Bonds and required for this project. Any changes to this bid document will be issued as addenda, and will be posted to the online and PRHA websites and on file in the PRHA Procurement office until bids are opened. All such addenda will become part of the contract and all Bidders will be bound by such addenda, whether or not received by the Bidder. This form must be signed, as well as subsequent addenda, and all pages submitted to online . Signatures must be original or electronic. In compliance with this Invitation for Bids, and subject to all the conditions thereof, the undersigned offers, if this bid is accepted within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the opening, to furnish any or all of the items and/or services upon which prices are quoted, at the price set opposite each item, to be delivered at the time and place specified herein. The undersigned certifies he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and requirements of this bid, and is authorized to contract on behalf of firm named below. Event bid description: Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA or Authority) is not responsible for delays due to internet connectivity, unless the online.
