Reference Number 0000303398 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/14 02:00:00 PM CDT 1.1.1 The items of Work intended to be covered by the specifications and to which the specifications apply, are those necessary or incidental to the completion of the Work in accordance with these Contract Documents. 1.1.2 Inspect, clean, test, and service both gas and electric furnaces, central air-condition, dryer ducts, and their related works. 1.1.3 During inspections establish current condition of the overall system. 1.1.4 Perform immediate remedial work. 1.1.5 Provide on-call 24-hour service. 1.1.6 To Provide and install "Labels" as described in these documents conforming to the City of Brandon Fire Prevention By-law 150/2004. 1.1.7 Install "Service Record" Labels as supplied by the Owner. Manitoba Housing requires a Service Agreements for the supply of goods/services for Furnace, HRV, Dryer Vents & AC Preventative Maintenance. The work covers inspection, cleaning, testing and servicing of both gas and electric furnaces, central air condition, dryer ducts, and their related works in Brandon Area 1 - 7. and respond to service calls as required. The inspection work would include the establishment of the current condition of the overall system, provide detailed information for remedial programs necessary to repair, upgrade and improve the Furnace, Dryer Vents & AC system Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
