10108 FM812 Leachate Connections Connect leachate tank A to leachate tank B. Connect leachate tank B to manhole on site. Install pumps and water meters. The Work of this Contract comprises the connection of two leachate storage tanks to the City's sanitary sewer manhole located on the Owner's property. The existing City manhole is near the intersection of FM 973 and Moore's Crossing roads in southeast Austin. Work also includes the installation of a dual-contained high-density polyethylene (HDPE) above-ground and below ground pipeline, pipe restraints and supports, below ground PVC pipe with a connection to the city manhole, fittings, valves, sensors, meters, pumps, control panels/cellular telemetry, connection and improvements to existing storage tanks, underground road crossings and other appurtenances.
