Work Consists of Renovation Approximately 4,915 Square Are Feet of Interior Office Space. Alterations Include Demolition and Replacement of a Portion of Concrete Floor Slab, Ceiling and Floor Finishes, Light Fixtures, Hvac Equipment, Electrical, Plumbing, and Walls. Work Includes New Walls, Doors, Ceilings, Casework, Plumbing, Electrical, Hvac Existing and New Walls Are to Receive New Base Finishes and New Paint Finishes. Work Also Includes Expanding Existing Sprinkler System to Cover the New Work Area. The Construction Project Scope Includes Fire Protection, Plumbing, Hvac and Electrical Work.
