Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,915-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
Work Consists of Renovation Approximately 4,915 Square Are Feet of Interior Office Space. Alterations Include Demolition and Replacement of a Portion of Concrete Floor Slab, Ceiling and Floor Finishes, Light Fixtures, Hvac Equipment, Electrical, Plumbing, and Walls. Work Includes New Walls, Doors, Ceilings, Casework, Plumbing, Electrical, Hvac Existing and New Walls Are to Receive New Base Finishes and New Paint Finishes. Work Also Includes Expanding Existing Sprinkler System to Cover the New Work Area. The Construction Project Scope Includes Fire Protection, Plumbing, Hvac and Electrical Work. Interior Remodel 1819 East Witzke Blvd. Appleton, Wisconsin 54911 No Bid Will Be Opened Unless the Bidders Proof of Responsibility for 2025 is Filed in the Office of the City Clerk Not Later Than October 9,2025. Bidder Will Be Required to Have Performance Bond/labor and Material Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract. Cost of Bond Shall Be Included in Bid. No Bid Shall Be Received Unless Accompanied by a Bid Bond Equal to Five Percent of the Bid, Payable to the City as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Proper Contract and Bond Within 10 Days From the Date the Lowest Responsible Bidder's Bid is Accepted. If the Bidder Fails to File Such Contract and Bond Within the Time Set by the City, the Check or Bid Band Shall Be Forfeited to the City as Liquidated Damages. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Accept Any Bid Deemed for the Best Interests of the City and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding.
