All work shall conform to the project plans, special provisions, City of Appleton Standard Specifications for Construction, and applicable WDNR technical standards Existing Site Descriptions Site 1: Meade Evergreen Pond Site is located on City Parcel 31-6-5000-00 at the Northwest corner of the Evergreen Dr. and Meade St intersection. Site access is via City right-of-way along Evergreen Dr. Site 2: Plank Road Pond Site is located on City Parcel 31-9-5710-01 at the Southeast corner of the Plank Rd and Lakeland Dr. intersection. Site access is via City right-of-way along Lakeland Dr. Site 3: Mackville Sediment Disposal Site Site is located near the northwest corner of Outagamie County tax parcel 040088100 at W4915 County Road O, Appleton, WI. Access via driveway off County Road O. Access to the site is controlled by metal security arms that are kept locked when OWNER or OWNER's agents are not present onsite.
