Shokan Wastewater Management Program - Boiceville WWTP Conversion and Commercial Water Meter Phases of the Shokan Sewer District Project Contract No. 8 - Commercial Water Meters The work on Contract No. 8 includes all tools, labor, material and equipment necessary to furnish and install approximately forty-one (41) commercial service meters and related appurtenances. All bid questions shall be directed to Lamont Engineers, P.C. by emailing shokanbidding@lamontengineers.com. All bid questions shall reference the Bidder's name, phone number, email, and the Contract number. The Town Board of the Town of Olive reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids without explanation. Contract No. 8 -Commercial Water Meters include all tools, labor, material and equipment necessary to: Furnish and install approximately forty-one (41) commercial service meters and related appurtenances. 2. All bids must be made on the blank form of proposal attached hereto. 3. A bidder may withdraw any proposal submitted prior to the hour set for the closing of the bids provided the request is signed in a manner identical with the proposal being withdrawn. 4.
