This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the Cherokee County RWD #16 Public Water Improvement - Tahlequah Connection. This project is eligible for sales tax exemption. A Cashier's Check, a Certified Check or a Surety Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Total Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal of Each Bidder as a Guarantee of His Ability to Perform the Contract Bid Upon, and That He Will Enter Into a Written Contract With the Owner to Perform Said Work and/or Furnish Said Materials in Accordance With Said Plans and Specifications and Furnish the Required Bonds With Ten (10) Days After the Acceptance of His Bid.
