Hapcap - Non-congregate Emergency shelter Renovation Project Attention of Bidders is Called to All of the Requirements Contained In this Bid Packet, Particularly to the Federal Davis-bacon Wages, Various Insurance Requirements, Various Equal Opportunity Provisions, and the Requirement for a Payment Bond and Performance Bond For100% of the Contract Price. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid Within Ninety (90) Days Afterthe Actual Date of the Bid Opening Thereof. Hocking Athens Perrycommunity Action Reserve the Right to Waive Any Informality or Toreject Any or All Bids.
