Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Athens, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of March 13, 2026, project was not awarded. No definite date for the rebid. A. The Project consists of the renovation of an existing motel into a shelter for homeless people. B. Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Sitework. 2. General Construction. 3. Plumbing Construction. 4. HVAC Construction. 5. Electrical Construction. C. Miscellaneous furnishings and equipment except as shown and specified, will be furnished by the Owner, and installed by the Contractor. Contractor advised not to construe this paragraph as releasing any obligation on his part to provide complete systems for all work shown or specified. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 Any questions or discrepancies noticed by the bidder shall be submitted in writing to Jon Stevison at stevison@rvcarchitects.com no later than (5) days prior to bid opening, no exceptions. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Either a Bid Bond, in an Amount of 100% of the Bid Amount With a Surety Satisfactory to the Aforesaid Hocking Athens Perry Community Action, or by Certified check, Cashier's Check, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit From a Solvent bank in the Amount of Not Less Than 10% of the Bid Amount in Favor of the Aforesaid Hocking Athens Perry Community Action. Bidbonds Shall Be Accompanied by Proof of Authority of the Official Or agent Signing the Bond. Hapcap - Non-congregate Emergency shelter Renovation Project Attention of Bidders is Called to All of the Requirements Contained In this Bid Packet, Particularly to the Federal Davis-bacon Wages, Various Insurance Requirements, Various Equal Opportunity Provisions, and the Requirement for a Payment Bond and Performance Bond For100% of the Contract Price. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid Within Ninety (90) Days Afterthe Actual Date of the Bid Opening Thereof. Hocking Athens Perrycommunity Action Reserve the Right to Waive Any Informality or Toreject Any or All Bids.
