Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Schaumburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course; for site work for a golf course; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project has been set up for the Construction Manager to act as Prime Contractor, and be responsible for the entire project, including hiring all subcontractors and running all aspects of the project to completion, relative thereto in strict accordance with the Park District's Specifications, Drawings, and other Contract Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to submit a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of 110% of the Contract Sum, naming the Park District as the primary obligee, using an AIA-312Form (2010 Edition) or one accept able to the Park District, co-signed by a surety company authorized by the Illinois Department of Insurance to sell and issue sureties in the State of Illinois Project will start December 12, 2025. Project work must be completed no later than March 31, 2025.Prospective Bidders must make a site visit and fully acquaint themselves with conditions as they exist so that they may fully understand the facility, difficulties and restrictions attending the execution under the contract. Please refer to the plan set for the sequencing/phasing schedule of this project. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Schaumburg Golf Club, 401 Roselle Road, Schaumburg, IL 60194. The meeting time and date will be posted via addendum at a later date. It is strongly recommended that all Bidders attend said pre-bid meeting. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, certified check, cashier's check or bank draft, payable to Schaumburg Park District in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid proposal. The Board of Commissioners of the Schaumburg Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remain der. The Board reserves the right to waive any technicalities in a bid, and to accept any proposal which the Park District deems most favorable to the interests of the Park District.
