Renovation of a golf course in Schaumburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.

Schaumburg Golf Club Roof and HVAC Renovation Bid Release No. 01 The project has been setup for the Construction Manager to act as Prime Contractor, and be responsible for the entire project, including hiring all sub-contractors and running all aspects of the project to completion, relative thereto instruct accordance with the Park District's Specifications, Drawings, and other Contract Documents. The Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/.01, etseq.) (the "Act") shall apply to the Project Work. The successful Bidder will be required to submit a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of 110% of the Contract Sum, naming the Park District as the primary oblige, using an AIA-312 Form (2010 Edition) or one accept able to the Park District, co-signed by a surety company authorized by the Illinois Department of Insurance to sell and issue sureties in the State of Illinois. Project will start October 20, 2025. Project work must be completed no later than December 19, 2025. Prospective Bidders must make a site visit and fully acquaint themselves with conditions as they exist so that they may fully understand the facility, difficulties and restrictions attending the execution under the contract. Please refer to the plan set for the sequencing/phasing schedule of this project. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Schaum burg Golf Club, 401 Roselle Road, Schaum burg, IL 60194. The meeting time and date will be posted via addendum at a later date. It is strongly recommended that all Bidders attend said pre-bid meeting. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, certified check, cashier's check or bank draft, payable to Schaum burg Park District in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid proposal. The Board of Commissioners of the Schaum bur Par District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder. The Board reserves the right to waive any technical i ties in a bid, and to accept any proposal which the Park District deems most favourable to the interests of the Park District *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
