The Hendry County School District (HCSD) is interested in soliciting competitive sealed Bids by qualified developers with sufficient experience and capacity to furnish all equipment, labor, tools and materials necessary for completion of demolition, debris removal and grading of a two story building Scope of Goods and/or Services This specification established the minimum requirements for this solicitation, listed and described in the body of these specifications, to be used as noted by the School Board. 1. Demolition of Existing Structure Complete demolition of the existing two-story building located on-site. Includes all structural components: roof, walls, foundation, footers, and internal partitions. 2. Debris Removal Load and remove all demolition debris from the site. Include all necessary labor, equipment, and transportation. Proper disposal of all debris at an approved facility. 3. Dump Fees All dump fees are included in the proposal and will be covered by the contractor. Provide dump tickets upon request for verification. 4. Site Backfill and Grading Import approximately 40 tons of shell rock for backfill and surface stabilization. Spread and grade shell rock evenly across the site to provide a level, compacted surface. Final grade to ensure proper drainage and stability for future use.
