Site work for a water / sewer project in Pescadero, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to: remove and dispose of existing hydropneumatic pressure tank, remove existing tank supports, create a new concrete foundation and properly install, sterilize, and test a new tank. A minimum of 6% DVBE Participation is required for this solicitation. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Any question(s) concerning this bid solicitation after the job walk-through has been held must be submitted to g.g-miksicek@parks.ca.gov Bids Exceeding $250,000 shall have enclosed cash, cashier's check, certified check, or a bidder's bond, executed as surety by a corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California in an amount equal to at least 10% of amount of bid. When contract is awarded, the Contractor will be required to submit Payment and Performance bonds to DPR within ten (10) calendar days. The Department of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to waive any irregularity in a bid or to reject any or all bids. 5% Small Business Preference
