Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pine River, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
MnDOT requests letters of interest for preliminary and final bridge design services for two new bridges and a pedestrian box culvert under TH 371 entrance and off ramps west of TH 371. Through this solicitation, MnDOT will procure two separate professional/technical contracts-separate consultants for each contract-to complete the bridge design services identified in this solicitation. The goal of this project is to produce bridge construction plans, Division SB Special Provisions, load ratings, and approach panel plan sheets for the bridges described in Exhibit A: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work.
