The intent of this IFB is to provide median and roadside landscape maintenance and mowing for various sites throughout City of Lynchburg. The maintenance work will consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, fuel, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform all of the work in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Landscape Maintenance section of this bid. Inquiries must be received at least 7 days prior to the due date in order to be considered (deadline is October 15, 2025 by 3:00 p.m.). The initial term of this contract shall begin January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; with the option to renew up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms, upon mutual agreement
