Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a library; for the demolition of a library; for the renovation of a library; for site work for a library; municipal facility; municipal facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
This project includes interior renovations to in-fill the Library and expand the Main Floor Lobby area at: City Hall, 900 Church Street, Lynchburg, VA 24504. This area includes approximately 500 square feet and the building will be occupied during the renovations. There is an Alternate No. 1, which would replace the three person solid surface workstation layout to four person solid surface workstation layout. (Refer to alternate first floor plan and alternate first floor reflected ceiling plan on Drawing A4.) All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this Advertisement for Bids or for additional information must be made in writing, by email to Melissa Tillman, CPPB at: melissa.tillman@lynchburgva.gov and received by 1:00 p.m., February 3, 2021. All posted clarifications or addenda must be signed and accompany any bid submitted, failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification.
