Demolition and site work for a swimming pool in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade swimming pool.
The Work included under this Contract shall consist of all labor, materials, equipment, and the performance of all work necessary to complete the project known as Miller Park Pool Demolition , as described in the Contract Documents. All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this Advertisement for Bids or for additional information must be made in writing to Will Ruberry at william.ruberry@lynchburgva.gov and received by 3:00 PM, December 10, 2025. The project scope of work includes but is not limited to the demolition and offsite disposal of the Swimming Pool, Kiddie Pool, and Kiddie/Splash Pool, a small CMU structure, limited tree removal and portions of the pool deck as outlined in the plans. The contractor is expected to provide a construction entrance along with Erosion & Sediment Control elements, which will remain in place until the construction of the new pool begins in a few months.
