Supply And Install Outdoor Furniture And Drink Rails At Lynchburg Hillcats Baseball Stadium The scope of work involves supplying and installing outdoor furniture and drink rails at specified locations within the Lynchburg Hillcats Baseball Stadium, located at 3180 Fort Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24501. No substitutions for the specified items are allowed unless an item is out of stock or has a lead time exceeding six months, in which case substitution requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the bid deadline for approval. Unit prices must include freight, shipping, handling, and installation at the specified locations. The successful bidder is responsible for hauling and disposing of all debris and packing materials. Warranty information must be submitted with the bid, and damaged items must be replaced immediately. The city reserves the right to increase or decrease item quantities. Installation is expected to occur between April and July.
