A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Lynchburg is seeking bids for the installation of metal railings around the Riverside Park Pool. The contractor will be responsible for installing 350 feet of metal railings as described in the project drawings. The railings must be finished with black powder coating. The contractor is responsible for daily cleanup as this is a public park. Barricades near the construction area will be provided by the City of Lynchburg. The latest edition of the City's Manual of Specifications and Standard Details shall apply to this project. Bids can be submitted by mail, hand delivery, or online via the City's Procurement website. All bids received by the posted deadline will be publicly opened and read aloud. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure their bid is timestamped prior to the submission deadline. Bid documents may be viewed and printed from the City's Procurement website. All posted clarifications or addenda must be signed and accompany any bid submitted. The Work included under this Contractshall consist of all labor, materials, equipment, and the performance of all work necessary to complete the project known as Riverside Park Pool Railings, as described in the Contract Documents.
