Questions relating to this bid opportunity must be submitted via email to bberdan@partnersinarch.com Question Deadline 10/06/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Lake Shore Public School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept a bid other than the lowest bid. SUMMARY A. This project is for the purchase, delivery and installation of furniture for Lake Shore Public Schools, and is funded by the 2022 Bond. The Owner intends to purchase furniture for delivery between October 17, 2025 and November 15, 2025. The scope of work includes new furniture for areas noted on plans included with this RFQ. Bidders are to include on the Bid / Quotation Form provided a multiplier for additional purchases of the same furniture selections, to be made through December 26, 2026. B. All bidders are required to provide a 5% Bid Security calculated on the estimated value for each Bid Category for furniture to be purchased through November 15, 2025 as described in this bid package. C. Each unit price includes all costs for that item, including: all necessary material, overhead, profit, applicable taxes (School District is exempt from State of Michigan Sales Tax), insurance, freight, handling installation, disposal of packaging materials, etc. D. Furnishings are to be shipped directly and completely installed at one of the Lake Shore facilities to be identified when purchase order is issued. Bidder is responsible for accepting, unloading, assembly and installing all furnishings. The bidder is responsible for removal and disposal of all cartons, debris, etc. from the job site. No loading dock will be available, and furniture is to be delivered to its permanent location which includes two schools
