Renovation of a transportation facility in Lancaster, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Antelope Valley Transit Authority, located in Lancaster, CA, is undertaking a Facility Painting Refresh project. Work includes but isn't limited to the repair of the facility stucco. Paint all stucco throughout the facility, pressure wash stucco, and prepare for paint. Repair cracks and prime damaged stucco throughout as needed. Painting of all stucco throughout the facility to include under the fueling canopy, and the patio cover columns. Color to be chosen by the owner. The awarded firm will provide project management, supervision, scheduling, equipment, labor, materials, freight, taxes, and applicable permits for this project. The Contractor shall complete all work within 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This construction project is federally funded and requires compliance with all applicable FTA rules and regulations along with the City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, and State of California Departments, including but not limited to the Department of Industrial Relations labor codes, rules, and regulations.
