A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Medfield Council on Aging Facility Detached Garage Soliciting bids to construct a detached unheated garage at the Medfield Council on Aging Facility. Additional information includes civil, architectural, structural, and electrical aspects. A. The proposed work includes providing all labor, materials, tool and equipment to furnish and install a new detached, unheated garage structure at the Center at Medfield for the Town and Medfield including all indicated site improvements, concrete work, and electrical work B. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. C. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. D. Project Schedule: The Bidder must agree to commence work within ten (10) days of the date of the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within ninety (90) calendar days as stated in Document 00 41 00, BID FORM.
