Description

Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Medfield, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; educational facility; educational facility; and educational facility.

The Town of Medfield is seeking the services of a qualified Owners Project Manager, as defined by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, & 44A (c), to provide Project Management Services for the design, construction, demolition, addition to, and/or renovation of the Dale Street Elementary School at 45 Adams Street, Medfield, MA. The Owners Project Manager will represent the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic design phases, with the contract potentially being amended for continued Project Management Services through design development, construction documents, bid and award, construction, and final closeout phases. The estimated total project costs range from $100 million to $150 million depending on the approved solution.
