Ramsey County, seeks proposals from qualified Acquisition Professionals to provide services as necessary to complete right of way acquisition on Century Avenue North from 694 to County Road E East. There are eighteen (18) parcels. CERT Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Ramsey County, State of Minnesota ("County") is soliciting responses for right of way acquisition services on Century Avenue North from 694 to County Road E East. There are 18 parcels. 2. Preliminary Attachments a. The Preliminary Project Layout is attached as "Century Ave (P8096) - Attachment A - Preliminary Project Layout" b. The Preliminary Project Parcel List with proposed easements is attached as "Century Ave (P8096) - Attachment B - Preliminary Project Parcel List" c. The Preliminary Parcel Exhibits are attached as "Century Ave (P8096) - Attachment C - Preliminary Parcel Exhibits" 3. The anticipated start date is early March 2026. More information to be provided during post award meeting.
