FDO-FSH is seeking qualified sources to provide and install components for the J2 Access Control System for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, in support of Joint Task Force - Southern Border (JTF-SB) operations. The requirement includes re-enabling the existing Lenel OnGuard Access Control System using the building's current hardware, with no modifications to the facility. Key components include the OnGuard 32ES Server Software License, a high-performance computer tower with specific memory, graphics, and processor specifications, a 24" to 32" 4K UHD monitor, a TAA-compliant USB Common Access Card Reader, a MORPHOSMART MSO 1300E3 USB scanner or equivalent, CAT 6 plenum cables, and services for installation, programming, testing, and basic user training. Sustainment services for one year are also required, ensuring system reliability and timely maintenance support. Vendors must identify their GSA SIN number if applicable.
