The vendor shall provide all materials, supplies, labor, and non-personal services necessary for the disassembly and removal of existing theater-style seating, delivery, and installation of 22 new auditorium/theater chairs (PRIMO STANDARD CHAIR, Mfr Part No.: 13611 or equal). The contractor is responsible for proper disposal of old seats and all packing materials, adhering to local and government recycling and hazardous materials guidelines. A minimum one-year warranty is required for all products, including manufacturer's telephone support and return-to-factory repair or replacement. The contractor must maintain continuity of personnel throughout the project and notify the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) of any changes, submitting resumes for replacements. The period of performance requires delivery no later than 30 days after contract award. Installation shall follow a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, 0730-1700 EST, excluding federal holidays. All travel and direct costs must be included in the firm-fixed pricing. The contractor shall furnish all necessary items unless specifically stated as government-furnished. The government will provide secure storage, escorts in secure areas, access to base networks, restroom facilities, office space, and ensure room availability for installation. Contractors must notify the COR 72 hours in advance for any meetings or site visits. Safety requirements include fire prevention measures and compliance with OSHA standards. Contractors must report any hazardous or unhealthful conditions immediately to the COR.
