Renovation of a municipal facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Interior renovations at Village Hall. Bids shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to the Finance Department, Village of Elk Grove Village and marked to indicate the following: Interior Renovations at Village Hall, BID NUMBER: PW-2526-24, DO NOT OPEN, BID OPENING: Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, at 2:00PM. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. Bidders are required to submit an AIA 305-Contractors Qualification statement electronically to the offices of Nicholas & Associates, Inc., prior to submitting a bid. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for all interested bidders. Any bidders submitting a bid on this project are required to attend this meeting. Contractors may secure, at no cost, an electronic copy of the bidding documents from the Construction Manager – Nicholas & Associates, Inc. Bidders must be pre-qualified by Nicholas & Associates, Inc. and approved by the Owner. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be pre-qualified by Nicholas & Associates, Inc. and approved by the Owner. Bidders are required to submit an AIA 305-Contractors Qualification statement electronically to Nicholas & Associates, Inc., prior to submitting a bid. Attendance at the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is required.
