Site work for a water / sewer project in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for the rehabilitation of the Village Hall Storm Lift Station. Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing and installation of replacement materials including but not limited to submersible pumps; guide rail systems; base elbows; electrical conduit, wiring, and receptacles; valve vault and wet well piping and valves; structure covers with hatches; concrete control enclosure pad and site flat work; site access stairs; bypass pumping during construction; and other appurtenant work necessary to complete the project within Village limits all in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and Contract Document PW-2526-25 Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions and Plans of this document. This project is located within the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois. The Village Hall Storm Lift Station is located at 901 Wellington Ave., on the southeast corner of Biesterfield Rd. and Wellington Ave. All bidders must be prequalified prior to receiving bid proposal packets.
