The Work shall be substantially complete within 500 days from the commencement of Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment 550 days from the commencement of Contract Time . Sub-Bidders must be DCAMM certified for their respective class of Work. Sealed Sub-Bids are required for the following classes of Work: plumbing; heating, ventilating and air-conditioning; electrical work; masonry work.
