Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Eddystone, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Eddystone Borough will receive sealed bids online for the installation of a new HVAC unit at Lighthouse Hall Park as part of the 2025 Community Development Block Grant Program. This project consists solely of the installation of the new HVAC unit at the specified location. Bidders must adhere to all requirements contained in the bid packet, including Federal Labor Standards Provisions such as Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond each for 100% of the contract price. All bidders are required to submit bid security equal to 10% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after the actual date of bid opening. Eddystone Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 10/06/2025 at 4:00 PM ET: Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to and to be given consideration , must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
