The City of Palacios is accepting sealed bids for the collection and disposal of curbside brush and tree limbs once per month, citywide. All collected material shall be transported to the designated Community Burn Site located on TX35 in Palacios, Texas. Scope of Work o Collection: Pick-up of brush, tree limbs, and vegetative debris placed curbside by residents. o Disposal: Haul and deliver all collected material to the Community Burn Site. o Labor Only: Service does not include chipping, bundling, cutting to length, or other processing--delivery only. o Contract term: One (1) year, with the option to renew annually for up to three (3) years. Insurance Requirement All bidders must provide proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance and agree to name the City of Palacios as an additional insured.
