Bid Package 1 is for HVAC Renovations and Upgrades at Hillside Elementary School (HES), Valley Forge Elementary School (VFES), Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School (TEMS), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), Conestoga High School (CHS), and the Network Operations Center (NOC) for the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District. The project consists of mechanical renovations and upgrades, and associated miscellaneous electrical, plumbing, and general trades work at these locations. Work includes mechanical equipment replacement at HES, TEMS, CHS, and NOC; replacement and upgrade of boiler burners at HES; new RTU at VFMS; domestic hot and cold-water piping at CHS; duct cleaning at CHS; and replacement of fire alarm system and emergency lighting at VFES. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PennBid website. Each proposal must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty equal to 10% of the bid amount, provided in the form required by the contract documents.
