Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Linden, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Clarifier Demolition Work includes demolition of existing concrete tanks, installation of underdrain and parking lot paving. Prior to the demolition, buried air piping will need rerouted to keep current treatment processes in operation Question Deadline 10/10/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Location : online portal The members of Northeastern York County Sewer Authority have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Northeastern York County Sewer Authority. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Northeastern York County Sewer Authority in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Northeastern York County Sewer Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
