Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Senatobia, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of front entry gate and signage, existing fence stain, turf dining area, parking striping, landscaping, site grading and drainage, restroom building, site stairs and ramps, sidewalks, pickleball courts and fencing, asphalt drive and overlay, pavilions, playground, splash pad and site furnishings. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate on proposal form provided and accompanied by a Bid Bond or Security in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the submitted Base Proposal. Such security to be forfeited as liquidated damages, not penalty, by any bidder who fails to carry out the terms of the accepted bid and/or execute the contract and post Performance and Payment Bond as required within the time specified. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Provide an underground irrigation system in accordance with these specifications and as shown on the approved Irrigation Design Drawing prepared by Contractor. Work includes: 1. Design and installation of automatic irrigation system including piping, fittings, sprinkler heads, valves, and accessories. 2. Irrigation controller, controller wire, and wireless rain switch. 3. Pipe sleeves. 4. Excavating and backfilling irrigation system work. 5. Associated plumbing and accessories to complete the system. 6. System testing. 7. System maintenance until Substantial Completion and thereafter as specified. 8. Installation of the following items and coordination with the General Contractor. Refer to Drawings for specific requirements: a. Separate water meter for irrigation system. 9. Electric power for irrigation controller shall be provided by General Contractor. Coordinate with General Contractor on provision for electric power. in hard copy or digital format.
