Lake Township is accepting sealed bids for snow removal and salting for the 2025-2026 season. Bidders must provide proof of liability and workmen’s compensation insurance. Sealed bids may be hand delivered until 3:00 pm on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 1380 Michelson Road, Houghton Lake, MI 48629. Mailed bids must be postmarked by October 10, 2025, and sent to Lake Township, Attention: Clerk, 1380 N Michelson Road, Houghton Lake, MI 48629. Bids should be submitted in an envelope marked '2025/2026 Snow Removal Bid.' Lake Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at the board's discretion. Detailed bid specifications can be obtained by contacting the Lake Township Clerk by phone or email or by visiting the township's website.
